Refund policy

PAYMENT, REFUND AND CANCELLATION RIGHTS

We do not accept returns or refunds on course bookings

If you need to cancel or reschedule your course, we require a minimum of 30 days notice and you can then be scheduled for the next available course.

You can reschedule your appointment if there is an emergency by contacting Studio Snoh via email at studiosnoh@gmail.com. 

If your appointment is cancelled within 30 days' notice, 100% of the course booking is retained and you will be able to rebook on a later date.
